A few useful details
Start with 25 Credits
Every account receives 25 free Credits once its email is verified. Credits belong to the account and cannot be transferred. Core campaigns, canvassing, analytics, and exports have no subscription or per-seat fee.
Bring your list
The first 5,000 usable voter records in each import are included. Records beyond that, and AI-assisted preparation, use Credits; preparation that needs no AI is free. Your free Credits can cover preparation, and the exact total is shown in the app before you confirm. Multiple files inside one ZIP are priced together as one import.
Source data separately
If you need a voter list, availability, access rules, official fees, and secure package handling depend on the source and selection. Review the actual quote before confirming. Bringing your own list uses the record allowance above.
SMS uses purchased Credits
Texting uses purchased Credits; you see the exact cost in the app before anything is sent. Free Credits cannot fund SMS.
Messages inside your campaign
The first 100 internal campaign messages are included. After that, messaging uses Credits, and the app shows the cost before you confirm. These are separate from SMS sent to voters.
Buy only when you need Credits
Purchases are one-off, with package sizes and discounts shown at checkout. Your available balance is applied to eligible usage; unused Credits remain in your account. There is no monthly billing cycle. Review the Terms and Refund Policy before purchasing.
